Today I'm gonna talk about a very interesting person. I meet her two years ago, when I still did not study architecture. His name is Ester, but all know as a Ter. She is a spanish youtuber and architect. In his youtube channel talks about many topics of arts, design, social networks and architecture.

She have videos comparing buildings with songs, comparing buildings with paintings, other videos about architectural drawing, iconography, fashion, toys, pop culture, emojis, music, etc... a lot of different topics, but she in a way, unites them, sometimes she comparing the high and low culture and I like it because in a way bouth are very similar, but for things of habits, we don't see or we don't imagine other point of view.


 Every video is a new performance of her, you don't know what theme the next video will come out.

I really like her, I follow her in instagram and youtube, she makes me learn about interesting topics and laugh at the same time.

Since as a child I have contact with the technology, not to much like to this times when "babys born with a tablet in their hands" how it says the adults, but as a millenial I had some privileges and facilities with technology. first with the toys, then the television, laptops, and later the smartphone and tablets. If you have a to choice a piece of technology, it has to be a smartphone. The smartphone is a phone, but smart, it is like a phone plus a laptop plus a mp3, but the size of your hand.  It's my favorite, basically because I use everyday, all day. When I want to listen to music or watch a series or a video, I use it. When I want to read a text or a book, when I want study, I use it. When I want to talk and message with someone or take a photo, I use it. I like the smartphone because it is very functional, you can do anything with it, but also sometimes you can not do anything, because it is a bit addictive, so you waste a lot of time of the day. hummus

The last weeks I had free time, because we were on strike, so I could do many things that I like. For example cook, this weeks I cooked a lot of good food. One of them: Hummus. I like hummus very much, it's one of my favorites things in the world. You dont know what it is??? well... is a vegetable pulp, traditionaly is by garbanzos, beans or lentils. To make hummus you need: - the vegetable cook (legume) I recommend garbanzos, you can cook in a pressure cooker and then cold them, or you can buy the box Wasil, if you don't want cook or if you are in a hurry. - a machine for grinding. - salt - oil, I recommend the usual and a pinch of olive oil. - coriander (important) - other spices, like garlic, black pepper, merken, mint, sesame or whatever you want. And now you just have to grind all the ingredients, until makes a homogeneus and creamy mixture.
